Responsibilities
Provide recommendations for the media plan to maximize brand awareness and exposure.
Manage all retail and wholesale marketing material and maintain the advertising calendar.
Constantly search for new media partners and understand traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Ensure advertising material strictly follows HQ guidelines.
Support the marketing director and department with product launches and brand initiatives.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with local PR agencies to secure qualitative and quantitative media coverage.
Manage all logistics and security requirements for product loans and monitor press clippings and dressings.
Continuously monitor and analyze media coverage of competitors and industry trends.
Plan, execute, and follow up on all events, initiatives, and activations while ensuring positive ROI across press, retail, and wholesale.
Develop briefs and mood boards for events and initiatives as needed, and identify new vendors (catering, production, florist, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop retail opportunities, such as events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Proactively propose event concepts.
Build strong influencer marketing strategies with a concentration in the US market and propose local influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Support Lucrezia Buccellati’s Instagram channel and manage all internal and external communications, including editorial coverage, inventory presentations, product news, holiday communication, trainings, and monthly recaps.
Maintain the brand image through adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Manage onboarding and payment execution for all current and new vendors and follow up on invoices for media, production, and PR.
Act as a liaison between corporate, external partners, and retail teams.
Prepare marketing and PR reports and presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3‑5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proficiency with social media platforms and the digital landscape.
Past event planning experience.
Interest in the luxury industry, specifically jewelry.
Highly detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
Strategic thinker who can quickly adjust approach and priorities on a day‑to‑day basis.
Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive, and flexible; able to collaborate proactively with internal and external parties.
Self‑starter with a high degree of initiative and independence—unafraid to ask questions, accept constructive feedback, lead new projects, and “roll up your sleeves” for any task.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Travel required based on business needs.
Expected Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 (annual). This role is eligible for bonus. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
