Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly but will include at least 12‑16 hours per week.

Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.

During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.

Qualifications

Education – High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.

Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.

Supervisor / Managerial Experience – Supervisor or Manager experience not required.

The starting rate for this position is $19.70 per hour. The recruiting pay range is $19.70 - $19.70 per hour, and may be modified in the future.
