Trina Turk is seeking an experienced, data-driven Wholesale E-commerce Marketplace Manager to own and grow the brand’s third-party digital marketplace businesses while protecting brand equity and margin. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and strategic growth of all online marketplaces, ensuring alignment with Trina Turk’s brand standards, merchandising strategy, and financial goals.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketplace platform expertise with analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of fashion e-commerce, digital merchandising, and promotional dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management & Growth

Own the end-to-end management of Trina Turk’s marketplace accounts; grow and strengthen current Marketplace channels and identify new opportunity accounts; balance growth objectives with margin disciplines and brand integrity.

Develop and execute marketplace-specific growth strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and brand visibility.

Monitor marketplace performance KPIs including sales, margin, conversion, traffic, return rates, inventory health, etc.

Digital Merchandising & Brand Execution

Ensure all product listings are loaded on time, accurate, optimized, and on-brand, including titles, descriptions, imagery, size charts, etc.

Prioritize optimization of site merchandising strategies to improve product discovery, conversion, category organization, brand navigation, search results, & product sorting.

Build and maintain brand shops, featured collections, seasonal assortments, and promotional pages.

Partner with upper management to maintain consistent brand storytelling and standards across all Marketplace channels.

Identify opportunities to improve content quality and customer experience to increase conversion and reduce returns.

Plan, execute, and analyze campaign opportunities – focusing on key timelines, opportunity partners, budgeting, full-price vs. markdown focused, execution, and performance recaps.

Ensure pricing integrity and alignment with DTC, wholesale, and retail channels while respecting marketplace requirements.

Collaborate with marketing teams for on-site promotions & digital campaign opportunities.

Track promotional ROI and post-event performance to inform future strategies.

Inventory & Operational Coordination

Partner with Management, Planning, and Operations teams to forecast demand, manage inventory flow, and minimize stock-outs or excess inventory.

Monitor chargebacks, compliance requirements, shipping performance, and marketplace scorecards.

Coordinate onboarding of new marketplaces, SKUs, or programs as the business expands.

Digital Analytics & Performance

Develop regular performance reporting, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Focus on traffic, conversion, style selling, & customer behavior.

Use analytics tools to identify trends, competitive positioning, and future growth opportunities. Support data-driven recommendations for merchandising, pricing, etc.

Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting for marketplace channels.

Qualifications & Experience

3–6 years of experience managing e-commerce / third-party marketplaces, preferably within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Hands-on experience with major online marketplaces and their operational, merchandising, and advertising tools.

Proficiency in e-commerce analytics platforms including Shopify, Mirakl Connect, Marketplace Connect, etc.

Understanding of digital merchandising and online customer behavior.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Understanding of omni-channel retail dynamics, including pricing strategy, inventory planning, and brand protection.

Experience working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
