Employment Type: Contract (estimated 3-month assignment)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible start between 7:00–9:00 AM and end between 4:00–6:00 PM
Target Start Date: January 10–15, 2026
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Data Entry / File Clerk
to support operations at their Issaquah plant location. This short‑term contract opportunity (January–March) is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and eager to support data and documentation needs in a fast‑paced environment.
As a
Data Entry / File Clerk , you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform high‑volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical records
Update and maintain information across multiple internal databases and proprietary systems
Assist with document cleanup, tracking, and organization projects
Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency
Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior experience with data entry and/or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Comfort learning and navigating proprietary database systems
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite consistently
Background & Pre-Employment Requirements
Standard criminal background check
Onsite cheek swab on first day – 6‑panel drug test (Cocaine, Amphetamines, Methamphetamines, Marijuana/THC, Phencyclidine, Opiates)
