What You Will Do
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Engage in a virtual, customer-facing role, using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
