YOUR ROLE As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with each customer. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.
Your Responsibilities
You are a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making personalized suggestions.
You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
You can adapt to any zone—Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom—and flex as needed.
You are an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
You are a team player, always ready to assist teammates in getting the job done.
You act with integrity, doing the right thing and following AEO’s policies & procedures.

You have a high energy level and can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, when guests shop.
You love AE and Aerie products.
You have retail experience.
You are at least 16 years of age.

Pay/Benefits Information
Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
