At NCCI, we’re looking for a Meeting and Events Coordinator to join our Strategy & Communications teams. The role delivers impactful company‑wide meetings and events, manages internal conference center meetings, supports customer‑facing event planning, and contributes to internal communications initiatives. What You’ll Do
Plan and coordinate all customer meetings and events held in the NCCI conference center. Work closely with catering, telecommunications, and facilities teams to ensure seamless delivery of food, beverage, and operational support. Manage all aspects of activities related to business meetings, conferences, and special events. Responsible for venue and hotel selection, budget preparation, and contract negotiations. Coordinate food and beverage services and manage audio‑visual technology needs. Cultivate and maintain high‑value relationships with customers and vendors to ensure successful event experiences. Assist the Corporate Communications and Events team with internal communications initiatives. What It Takes
Bachelor’s Degree. 3+ years of meeting and event planning experience. If no bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of combined experience in meeting and event planning within a corporate setting, hotel/catering, or conference center. Detailed knowledge of site selection processes, contract negotiation, menu planning, audio‑visual equipment, and budget preparation and administration. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Creative problem‑solver. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative team player with professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Benefits
