Key Responsibilities
The Marketing & Communications Administrator supports marketing and community engagement efforts for Northfield Savings Bank.
This person will coordinate multi‑channel campaigns, manage digital and print content, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
This role will support NSB events, sponsorships, and our charitable giving program.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
5+ years in marketing, event management, or digital content creation is preferred.
2+ years in the financial industry is preferred.

Compensation
Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $27.50 to $31.00 per hour.
