Job Description
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and follow established procedures.
Cross‑train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
Model customer‑experience practices and uphold a positive store culture.
Accurately ring purchases/returns, count change, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company standards.
Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain overall store cleanliness.
Participate in safety awareness and support shrink‑reduction goals.
Accept and give constructive feedback on recognition and growth.
Other duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible schedule and strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multi‑task, respond to change, and work effectively with peers and supervisors.
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred retail customer‑experience background.
