Your role: create and execute workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in replicating this program at campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing
Conduct adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
Create personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
Review student performance data to improve teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
Partner with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms using real classroom feedback
Build scalable, AI-supported instructional content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading proficiency, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to adapt instruction based on student interaction patterns
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
Available to work on‑site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
