Job Responsibilities

Support the rollout of brand initiatives across e‑commerce, wholesale, marketing, and social channels

Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and assets are used consistently across all touchpoints

Act as a liaison between marketing, design, e‑commerce, production, and external vendors

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for brand‑related projects

Track and organize brand assets (imagery, copy, campaign materials, lookbooks, line sheets)

Maintain shared folders, asset libraries, and version control

Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating assets and deadlines

Prepare campaign briefs, calendars, and recap documents

Support product launches by ensuring accurate product information, imagery, and copy are aligned

Coordinate with e‑commerce teams to ensure product launches align with brand messaging

Support wholesale needs such as line sheets, brand decks, and showroom materials

Assist with sample tracking and product readiness for brand initiatives

Track campaign timelines, budgets (if applicable), and deliverable status

Compile performance reports, campaign summaries, and internal updates

Assist leadership with meeting preparation, notes, and follow‑ups related to brand initiatives

Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved brand standards

Flag inconsistencies or errors for correction prior to publication or release

Ensure all deliverables follow approved brand tone, naming conventions, and formatting

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in brand coordination, marketing coordination, or fashion operations

Strong organizational and project‑management skills

Experience working in women’s apparel, fashion, or consumer brands preferred

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and project‑management tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
