Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Associate, based in the Greater St. Louis area. The Design Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their flooring choices, developing designs tailored to clients' needs, and submitting proposals. Day-to-day tasks include managing projects, maintaining strong communication with clients and team members, and supporting the overall design and flooring installation process. This role requires both on-site customer consultations and some work from home.
