Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Location Los Angeles, California (West Coast)
Responsibilities
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, build and manage partnerships, and create experiences to drive measurable impact for the brand.
Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to implement and report on co‑marketing initiatives with partners in real estate and design‑related businesses, such as broker partnerships, brand product placements, and referral programs.
Partner with marketing and sales leaders to execute local partnership programs that build brand awareness, increase client engagement, and drive lead generation.
Produce marketing content and materials—including behind‑the‑scenes short‑form video, email outreach, event invitations, in‑home signage, and presentations—ensuring all materials reflect brand guidelines.
Coordinate event and program logistics for events with realtors, developers, brand partners, trade shows, new homeowners, and similar venues.
Act as the “antenna” for Vesta Home projects worth collaboration or press, tapping into sales and design teams; remain informed about market trends and the competitive landscape by attending relevant L.A. design events.
Analyze partnership and event performance via lead data, conversions, and attendee feedback, continuously adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another relevant field.
5+ years of marketing, partnership, and/or event/experiential experience; a style or luxury brand background is preferred.
Expertise in developing, executing, and analyzing the ROI of local marketing campaigns, partnerships, and referral programs, including planning and budget management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Independent yet collaborative; excellent cross‑functional relationship‑building skills to work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Ability to identify noteworthy projects and contribute high‑quality content.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills with a resourceful, figure‑it‑out mentality.
Must be willing to travel locally for site visits, meetings, and events.
