YOUR ROLE
As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest, representing our values and bringing your REAL self to work each day.
Responsibilities
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make enthusiastic product suggestions.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flexibly operate across the sales floor, cashier, wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist teammates to get the job done and maintain teamwork.
Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
You'd Be Great For This Role If
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
Have prior retail experience.
Are at least 16 years of age.
