It requires strong knowledge base of Eligibility and Benefit information as well as general knowledge of insurance plans. Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills, trending insight and ability to working independently.**How will you make an impact & Requirements**Claims Support Specialist III reviews and corrects professional billing charges on hold using billing protocols, carrier claim rules and advices. May require communication with providers and/or their representatives to ensure billing is filed timely an accurately to ensure clean claim submission with first submission payment.
