Direct Support Professional PCC Caregiver is seeking a full‑time Direct Support Professional PCC in Sunbright, Tennessee. The role is Monday‑Friday 2 pm‑10 pm, with a base pay of $15.68 per hour. Applicants may receive a $300 referral bonus after 90 days of hire, provided the referent lists their name on the application.

Base pay range $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr

Shift Details Full‑time. Monday‑Friday 2 pm‑10 pm.

Essential Responsibilities / Job Duties

Facilitate consumers' daily living activities (personal hygiene, dining skills, housekeeping, social skills, community access, etc.).

Provide direct support and assist consumers in training activities per ISPs and schedules.

Aid in mobility for those using wheelchairs or other assistive devices.

Assist with bedroom maintenance, teaching housekeeping skills and clothing care.

Teach dining skills and promote dignity during meals.

Administer medications and treatments following company policy.

Serve as Primary Person (P2) for one or more consumers, ensuring their wellbeing.

Attend and complete in‑service training sessions as scheduled.

Act as a role model and mentor for fellow Direct Support Professionals.

Complete data collection, observation notes and daily reports per agency policy.

Assist consumers with transportation as needed.

Participate in the Individual Support Team, contributing to consumers' ISPs.

Monitor activities to ensure safety and health practices and Universal Precaution Practices are followed.

Assist with daily operations like grocery shopping, money monitoring, plant and van maintenance, or medication monitoring.

Perform related duties as required to fulfill agency philosophy and program objectives.

Treat consumers with dignity and respect.

Promote independence, choice and empowerment of consumers.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent (preferred).

Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred).

Must be at least 18 years old.

Valid driver's license with a clean record (preferred).

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Successful background check as required by federal/state laws.
