Responsibilities
Answer the switchboard and greet visitors, directing them to appropriate departments.
Monitor hospital alarms and understand all emergency code procedures.
Communicate effectively with the population served.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous operator or receptionist experience preferred.
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.>
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet required timelines.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Customer service experience preferred.
