Job Description The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The supervisor will manage staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within an approved empowerment range.
This is a Shift Lead/Supervisor hybrid role. The position consists of working 3 shifts as a shift lead and 2 shifts as a supervisor.
Pay $28.93 - $31.77 per hour
Qualifications / Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner; use of initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
Frequent preparation of written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
Licensing requirements may be required by state and/or local laws and regulations
Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience; clean driving record as specified; required minimum insurance level
Successful completion of background investigation, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, and possible driver's record check
Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites
Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Able to:
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
