What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence. Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site policies. Collaborate with property management and/or local authorities as directed in response to incidents or emergencies. Support access control procedures and monitor entry points to deter unauthorized access to the location. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security‑related experience. Comfortable using a computer or tablet. Customer service experience. Alarm panel experience. Access control or badge experience. Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Subject to background investigation per federal, state and local laws.
