Throughout the month, you translate complex healthcare claims data into clear, actionable insights that help clients make smarter decisions. You collaborate with internal teams to ensure every service runs smoothly, and you’re always spotting trends and identifying opportunities to maximize the value of their health plan.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5 years of experience in healthcare claims, analytics, and relationship building
RN experience preferred
Experience with healthcare claims, coding, and self-funded plans
Strong analytics mindset – comfortable interpreting data and explaining it clearly
A natural relationship builder who communicates with confidence and empathy
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and meet deadlines with ease
Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for improving healthcare
Coding knowledge
Microsoft Office Suites expertise
