Position Description We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Physical endurance to meet rigorous demands (standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, engaging with children on floor or standing for long periods)
