Responsibilities
Manage Member Service Team to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times
Hire, train and supervise member service team members for the Front Desk, Kids Club and Housekeeping Associates
Manage member experience utilizing survey tools
Manage deposits, accounts receivable and accounts payable
Audit gym to ensure it is clean and properly maintained
Oversee membership changes and cancellations
Management/Leadership Duties

Operations Support
Ensure that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiry, Guest Registration, Cash Handling, Replacement of Member ID Card, Delinquent Account Procedures, Account Change requests, travel/guest passes
Direct and control all gym walk-thrus
Manage the retail sales procedures for the gym
Work with fellow department heads to ensure clear communication and teamwork
Job Qualifications

Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
