Behavior Therapist – Center Based
Join our family‑owned organization as a full‑time Behavior Therapist. RCS has been operating in Massachusetts since 1997 and focuses on providing ethically grounded services to students with Autism. This role is tailored for individuals looking to work in a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM‑3:00 PM at our Learning Center in Natick, MA. Responsibilities
Deliver ABA services to children ages 6‑22 diagnosed with Autism. Implement skill acquisition and behavior programs. Conduct data collection electronically using Catalyst. Collaborate with other specialists such as SLPs, OTs, and Special Education Teachers. Use restraint and hold techniques learned via SOLVE training when required by the student’s behavior support plan. Lift up to 60 lbs as needed. Address basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing. Work on a computer and remain on feet for extended periods of time. Qualifications
Enjoy working with children ages 6‑22 years old. Be punctual, reliable, and possess a strong desire to learn. Have an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, special education, social work, or childcare. Preferably be pursuing or have a Bachelor’s degree (high school diploma accepted with relevant experience). Experience as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach is preferred. Able to submit a transcript. Benefits

Competitive salary based on education and experience ($40,000‑$50,000 per year). Participation in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
