Regional Sales Manager - DK Energy Services
Job Title: Regional Manager Department: Sales Reports To: Director of Sales Summary: Responsible for overseeing sales contracts and key customer relationships, defining service levels, advising on pricing strategies, and driving sales development within the region. Ensures the execution of the commercial strategy, working closely with the regional operations team to guarantee the fulfillment of agreed service levels. Provides inputs and forecasts for regional operations activities, including demand, supply, and inventory planning. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Set sales targets and objectives for the region and ensure they are met or exceeded. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to sales team members. Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. Support and assist in implementing and maintaining certified management systems such as ISO 9001 and RCMS program, promote awareness of risk and HSSE policy, and ensure alignment with DK objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; address client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiate and close high-value sales deals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region; develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects. Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand the company’s presence. Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics; prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments and regional managers to share best practices and strategies. This position has supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Chemistry, or Engineering; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in the oil industry with at least 3 years of sales management experience. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the region as required.
