ProFast Supply is looking to expand its sales team in our Melbourne, Florida location!
Inside Sales Representative in Training Through hands‑on coaching and training, you’ll gain the skills and confidence needed to grow into a successful sales professional while simultaneously playing a key role in helping our customers and our company succeed.
Responsibilities
Building and sustaining long‑lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with existing and potential customers
Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales
Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
Collaborate with management to expand brand presence through the creation of marketing skills
Research competitors’ products and pricing as well as market conditions
Conduct onsite sales and service in company‑supplied merchandise van
Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Detail‑oriented
Ability to lift 50 lbs as well as load and unload product on occasion
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
