Position Summary The primary function of this position is to lead a high‑performance sales team, driving awareness and consideration of IQ Fiber and making us the internet provider of choice in the communities we serve. Senior Sales Advisors develop relationships with community leaders and residents, execute local sales plans, create sales events and activities and collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, engineering and operations teams to capitalize on sales opportunities throughout the customer journey.
What You’ll Do
Lead a high‑performance direct sales team focused on new sales acquisition.
Plan and attend community events, including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays, to boost customer acquisition.
Establish IQ Fiber as the provider/partner of choice for broadband services.
Build and maintain relationships with key civic leaders to create local leverage for PR, marketing and sales objectives.
Meet or exceed market penetration objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Exceptionally strong communication and sales skills.
Exceptionally strong process and project management skills.
Strong leadership skills to drive initiatives and manage sales organization expectations and issues.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Understanding of sales process management.
Strong presentation skills.
Exceptional multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two minor infractions in the past two years, and ability to pass background check and drug test.
Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
