What we are building at Conveo: Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high quality consumer / B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing, product, and research teams.

That limits how well companies understand their customers and how well they can serve them. We’re making great research fast, affordable, and accessible and scaling it into the default.

The Role As a
Legendary
Marketing Producer , you are a
generalist operator
who owns initiatives end-to-end.
This is not a role with a neat box. This is the role that exists because real life is messy.
About The title for this role is deliberate. We didn’t put Legendary Marketeer or Marketing Legend. We put producer, because this is a role that cares about getting things over the finish line, whatever it takes!
So what will you be producing? Anything marketing that:
doesn’t yet have a clear owner (and even things that do, as capacity peaks are part of startup life and we don’t let them stop us)
requires coordination + execution
needs to move fast without drama

content pieces
campaigns
launches
vertical/industry enablement
(paid) media opportunities
role-based narratives (CMI, UX, Insights, etc.)
webinars, reports, or side projects
You figure out what needs to happen, and you make it happen. Reactive & proactive, there are more ideas here than there will ever be resources.
Coordinate without becoming dependent.
You are strong at coordination, but not reliant on others.
You
pull in design, distribution, product marketing, events, customer success, sales, external help etc. when needed
unblock dependencies & keep momentum
step in and do the work yourself when that’s faster
The goal is progress, not perfection.
Act as a backstop when capacity spikes.
When functional owners (product marketing, events, social, etc.) hit capacity limits, you step in. You help absorb peaks, prevent bottlenecks, and keep output flowing without quality dropping.
Own a slice of the market or messaging.
Each Marketing Producer Will Own Some Fixed Recurring Initiatives
a channel (e.g. GreenBook) or
a vertical (e.g. Pharma, CPG) or
a role-based narrative (e.g. CMI, UX, Research Ops)
You become the internal expert for that slice, messaging, content, distribution, opportunities and are both proactive in developing them and the single point of contact to requests that fall into that area.
Run syndicated research (when relevant)

Strong generalist marketing background or equivalent operator experience
Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end
Strong coordination and communication skills
Comfortable working across content, events, distribution, and product marketing
Ability to execute with minimal dependencies
High output and reliability
Strong writing or content instincts
Light design or editing skills
Mindset
High agency, low ego
Outcome-driven
Comfortable with ambiguity
Pragmatic and fast
Quality-focused but not perfectionist
Enjoys ownership more than job titles

Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or market research
Experience owning a channel or vertical
