Qualifications And Responsibilities
Follow all production and effort‑based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
Demonstrate self‑motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
Have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E‑worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Possess sales experience.
Hold an active state real estate license, if required in your state of residence.
Reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
