Eager sales personality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self‑motivated & dependable individual
Exceptional organizational skills
Aptitude to problem‑solve
What You Need
Valid Driver’s License
3‑year Clean Record with no DUIs
Ability to pass background and drug screen
2–5 years outside/route industrial sales experience preferred
Tire sales experience a plus
What You’ll Do
Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long‑term success
Develop positive relationships to anticipate and handle customers’ needs
Generate new commercial and OTR sales/service sales, including retreads
Assure the highest levels of customer service
Report information regularly via Purcell’s sales management tools
Maintain a clean vehicle to reflect the proper corporate image
Embrace Purcell’s culture of safety and perform all jobs in a safe manner
Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
Other essential and non‑essential duties, as assigned by management
Drug Testing Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety‑sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly, or a safety‑related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety‑sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
