Role Description
This full-time Texas Regional Sales Manager position is a role based in Texas. The role involves overseeing regional sales activities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Texas area. The manager will develop sales strategies, lead a regional sales team, identify new business opportunities, maintain client accounts, and represent EFS at industry events. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, forecasting, and contributing to the overall growth of the company in the region. Qualifications
Sales skills, including lead generation, business development, and account management experience Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software Strategic planning and outstanding communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, NO-preferably in which industry Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred. Sales experience in any field will trump education. Strong Willingness to travel within the Texas region as required Seniority level
