How You’ll Shine As a Bellperson, your friendly service can transform a guest’s stay into an unforgettable experience. With a positive, can‑do attitude you’ll make each arrival, check‑in and stay as pleasant and seamless as possible. In addition to assisting guests with their luggage, you’ll personally handle requests or refer them to the appropriate department manager—whatever is needed to exceed guests’ expectations.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide luggage assistance as needed, including check‑in, check‑out, and room moves.
Deliver messages, luggage, packages, and run errands to exceed guest expectations.
Answer questions about amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining, entertainment, directions, etc.
Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests.
Maintain luggage carts to ensure they are in working order and track bell cart inventory.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to solve problems with a minimum amount of guidance.
Professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Season End Season ends March 31, 2026
Compensation Generally starting at $19.76 - $19.76 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be set based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
