As a high‑energy, customer‑focused New Student Department Manager, you will oversee private and group dance classes for new students throughout the week. You and your team will help students reach their personal dance goals, from single events to lifelong journeys, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an amazing experience.
We maintain full‑time studio hours from 12:00 – 9:00 pm every week.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the New Student Department.
Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Engage students of all ages to achieve their dance goals.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and energetic studio environment.
Track performance metrics and implement improvements.
Collaborate with studio leadership on program development and marketing.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with students of all ages and backgrounds.
Team player who can inspire and lead a group.
Open to coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
