Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, classroom management, and curriculum development, with a genuine love for working with young children. Qualifications

Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is required; classroom experience is highly preferred.

12 semester or 18 quarter units of Early Childhood Education Classes with the core classes.

FULL TIME position . Applicants must be able to work between the hours of 7:00 am-6:00 pm.

Knowledge of childhood development theories, classroom management techniques, and curriculum development methodologies such as Montessori or literacy education.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.

Duties

Develop and implement age‑appropriate curricula that support literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.

Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with educational standards and individual student needs.

Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.

Provide individualized support for children requiring special education or early intervention services.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.

Ensure safety and welfare of all children by adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in child welfare.
