Flatbed Solo OTR W2 - 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.05 CPM (if you're ready to make 11K+ miles monthly) + LOAD PAY
Flatbed Team OTR W2 - 0.77 CPM BASE (split) + 0.04 CPM (if you're ready to make 20K+ miles monthly) + LOAD PAY + $10,000 Sign On Bonus
Dry Van Solo OTR W2 - 0.60 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM safety / productivity bonus
Dry Van Teams OTR W2 - 0.77 CPM + 0.05 CPM safety / productivity bonus + 0.04 CPM Hazmat / Doubles + $10,000 Sign On Bonus
Hazmat / Doubles Teams OTR W2 - 0.81 CPM + $10,000 Sign On Bonus + 0.05 CPM monthly bonus
Dry Van Solo Regional W2 - 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.4 CPM Hazmat / Doubles
