What You Will Be Doing
Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong appreciation for reading.
Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and extract actionable insights.
Working with the engineering team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy tools.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years' experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students.
Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interactions within those tools.
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Able to work on‑site at one of our campus locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.
