At Advantage Solutions, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses. We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Retail Training to support a client with training and development initiatives. The Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for field associates, ensuring effective learning outcomes through role playing, simulations, group discussions, videos, and lectures. Travel is required.

This position will establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients, delivering measurable results and outstanding program execution. Results will be attained through effective execution against business performance goals.

Responsibilities

Analyze retail team training needs and develop or improve training programs in partnership with the retail client and the Company.

Develop project timelines, manage them, create learning solutions using contemporary e‑learning tools (Articulate Storyline, MS PowerPoint, etc.), and design testing and evaluation procedures in partnership with Talent Development.

Conduct evaluations and analyze metrics for programs; provide reports on project metrics.

Manage risks and adjust timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Travel 2 weeks out of 4 to provide in‑person training/support at retail locations, attend client deep‑dive meetings, or participate in management level meetings with internal teams.

Design and develop blended learning training programs, including instructor‑led, technical systems, and computer‑based training delivery methods; implement leadership development tools to support managers and contribute to their growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Instructional Technology, or equivalent education/experience; MBA or equivalent preferred.

3+ years of Program/Project Management experience.

5+ years of Learning/HR experience preferred, with knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design for e‑Learning, instructor‑led training, and blended learning.

Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people; coaching experience preferred.

Client interaction experience, internal or external, preferred.

Strong skill with Articulate Storyline required; familiarity with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
