Hire, train, develop employees and communicate expectations. Plan, monitor, appraise and review performance; provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate. Create and maintain a guest-first culture; ensure all shifts are staffed to achieve service goals. Maintain safe, secure, healthy environment by following safety, food safety, sanitation guidelines and laws. Ensure brand standards and systems are executed; complete audits and implement improvement plans. Control costs, execute in-restaurant marketing promotions, new product roll-outs; set sales goals and track results. Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in English. Math and financial management. Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience. At least 18 years of age where applicable. High School diploma or equivalent. Competencies
Guest Focus: Understands and exceeds guest expectations; develops relationships; resolves concerns following brand recovery process. Passion for Results: Sets high standards; meets or exceeds goals; reads reports to establish goals and deliver results.
