What You’ll Do (aka your power set)
Provide hands-on patient care and document like the pro you are
Create nursing plans within state scope, facility policy, and provider guidance
Administer meds safely + accurately while juggling clinical and correctional standards
Follow treatment plans with consistency, precision, and heart
Handle assessments, emergencies, and rapid-fire decisions with confident judgment
Stay calm when things crank up — sharp, steady, and reliable
