Role Description The High School Head Girls Soccer Coach will oversee all aspects of the girls’ soccer program, including planning and conducting practices, developing game strategies, mentoring student‑athletes, fostering a positive team culture, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations, and collaborating with staff and parents to support academic and athletic development. The position is non‑seasonal and includes off‑season and summer practices.
Qualifications
Experience in soccer coaching with strong understanding of strategy, tactics, and player development.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with student‑athletes, parents, and school administration.
Background in coaching and education with ability to mentor and guide student‑athletes in academic and athletic growth.
Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment.
Previous experience with high school athletics and passion for fostering leadership and teamwork.
CPR/AED certification and relevant coaching certifications (preferred).
College graduate or 60‑hour credit required.
