Job Description As part of our fire alarm monitoring services, we provide inspection, testing, and repair for fire sprinkler systems. You will serve as a field technician responsible for achieving total customer satisfaction by solving technical challenges with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspection and testing of all system components.
Correct any problems and train customers on proper system use.
Act as a professional ambassador of the company during customer interactions.
Take full responsibility and ownership of all aspects of work.
Work overtime as needed to meet schedule demands.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a fire sprinkler technician or pipe fitter.
Licensed in the state of Colorado as a sprinkler fitter and backflow technician.
Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Positive attitude, honesty, integrity, dependability, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
