A patient-centered front desk team member who manages scheduling, paperwork, and patient interactions. Join a team recognized as one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s top franchises.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, handle referrals, and pre-authorize patient visits.
Schedule appointments and ensure accurate coordination.
Complete intake forms and manage paperwork before visits.
Maintain and update patient charts in the electronic health record (EHR).
Collect and process patient payments daily.
Type notes, letters, and marketing materials.
Assist with cleaning and upkeep of treatment areas.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for patient care and a dedication to continuous learning.
Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
Understanding of health insurance processes is preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities and great attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
