Front Desk Associate We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to provide an excellent customer experience, sell memberships and retail products, and manage appointments.
Responsibilities
Increase membership sales and retail sales
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Book appointments in person or by phone
Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Availability to work some weekends and evenings
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
Compensation $15.00 per hour plus commissions on sales. Hourly wage commensurate with experience.
