Description The Nuclear Pharmacist role at Cardinal Health in West Allis, WI involves preparing and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring quality control, managing pharmacy operations, and overseeing safe distribution of nuclear medications.
Pharmaceutical care: Compounding patient-specific nuclear medications and ensuring accuracy.
Quality testing: Using chromatography and other methods to verify radiopharmaceutical integrity.
Distribution oversight: Directing drivers and coordinating safe delivery of medications.
Inventory management: Monitoring supplies and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Operational leadership: Facilitating day-to-day pharmacy operations for efficiency and safety.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must hold a PharmD degree.
WI Pharmacist License must be active.
Licensed at an Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Position is full time onsite role in West Allis, WI.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $51.00 - $72.00/hr.
