Scottsdale Physical Therapy and Performance, in partnership with Restimulate Health™, is a boutique orthopedic, sports, and neuromuscular rehabilitation clinic offering one‑on‑one, high‑quality care. Our patient base includes professional and competitive athletes (Baseball, Football, Golf, MMA), post‑surgical patients, and individuals recovering from neurological injuries.
We combine manual therapy, performance rehab, and proprietary Restimulate Health™ neuromuscular protocols to deliver exceptional results in strength, mobility, and functional performance.
Our current lead PT is a Duke‑trained manual therapist, dry needling certified, a Fellow of the AAOMPT, and TPI‑Medical certified. We hold our standards high — and we’re seeking someone who can thrive in this elite, boutique setting.
Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Arizona‑licensed Physical Therapist for a part‑time role (16–20 hrs/week) or a full‑time role (30–40 hrs/week) in our Scottsdale clinic. You’ll work with motivated patients, athletes, and neurological populations while providing individualized, one‑on‑one care. You will also implement Restimulate Health™ neuromuscular performance protocols (training provided).

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive orthopedic, sports, and functional movement evaluations
Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and athletic demands
Provide one‑on‑one treatments including manual therapy, mobility work, strength programming, and neuromuscular re‑education
Treat sports and performance injuries common in Baseball, Football, Golf, and MMA
Incorporate Restimulate Health™ neuromuscular protocols and technology (training provided)
Track progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes
Educate patients on strength, mobility, injury prevention, and home programs
Maintain accurate EMR documentation in
PT Everywhere
Collaborate with clinic leadership to maintain exceptional results and patient experience
Qualifications
Active Arizona Physical Therapy License
(required)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
Current CPR Certification
(required)
Experience in sports injury rehab is preferred , with comfort treating professional athletes
Strong orthopedic manual therapy foundation
Neuro, performance, or high‑level athlete experience preferred
Dry Needling Certification (DN‑1/DN‑2) strongly preferred
Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient rapport
Comfortable working in a boutique, growing clinical environment
Completion of an orthopedic or sports residency or fellowship preferred
CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) or training in strength and conditioning program development preferred
Additional Requirements
Professional Liability Insurance:
Must carry an individual PT liability insurance policy.
We contribute $100 per year towards your policy (conditions apply).

Competency with EMRs
