Pay: $1000 Signing Bonus & Weekly Pay

A Day in the Life: What You Will Do
Empowerment & Personal Care: Providing respectful, hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mealtime support.
Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Serving as a compassionate partner, providing positive behavioral support, following person‑centered support plans, and assisting with de‑escalation.
Community & Integration: Being a bridge to the community. You’ll support individuals with their goals, from transportation to appointments and hobbies to helping them thrive in community‑based jobs.
Health & Wellness: Supporting health and wellness by administering medications, assisting with mobility, and preparing nutritious meals.
What You Bring To The Table (Qualifications)
No professional experience is necessary; we believe in hiring for heart and training for skill.
What We Require (The Must‑Haves)
A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude
18 years old or older
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
A High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check

Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a major plus.
Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral support needs is highly valued.
