Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:15 pm, rotating Saturdays 8:30 am to 1:15 pm. Preferred bilingual language fluency: English/Spanish or English/Marshallese. Under the supervision of the assigned manager, the Teller accepts and processes customer transactions by personal contact, mail, and night deposit. The Teller identifies customer needs and refers them to specialists, cross‑training in other bank areas to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities

Contribute to achievement of branch sales goals through discovery conversations with customers. Deliver consistent exceptional customer service by displaying sincere, outgoing friendliness. Accurately accept and process customer teller transactions, adhering to bank policies and the customer identification program. Cash checks and withdrawals up to authorized limits; request authorization for transactions above assigned limits. Process branch and/or teller capture. Prepare daily settlements of teller cash and proof transactions. Explain policies and procedures to customers as applicable. Balance cash drawer to transactions daily. Open new accounts upon completion of FSR training. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML Program, including completing compliance training and reporting violations. Team Accountabilities

High‑school diploma or GED required. Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, banking, or other financial service experience preferred. Other Skills and Abilities

Arrive on time and maintain regular attendance. Work cooperatively with coworkers. Provide cordial customer service. Perform several tasks concurrently. Handle stressful situations. Rotate job tasks and work overtime occasionally. Greet others cordially. Coordinate multiple and changing priorities. Communicate verbally with associates. Operate telephone, scanner, copier, and fax machines. Move between departments and banks for meetings. Operate personal computer for reports and schedules. Physical Demands

Standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing are required. Occasionally reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 52 lbs. Vision: close, distance, color, and focus adjustment. Work Environment

The work environment is usually moderate noise level. Pay Range
