Qualifications
Experience in Home Sales and familiarity with Homebuilding processes
Proven Customer Service and Sales skills with a client‑focused approach
Possession of a valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of local real estate and housing market is a plus
