Seeking a motivated

Sales Representative

to own a

Washington, DC → Boston

territory. The role will

start in the Plastic/Implant division

and is expected to

expand into the Burns division

in the coming months but holistically cover both. The ideal candidate builds trust with clinicians, consistently grows accounts, and represents products with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a

territory sales plan

for Washington, DC through Boston

Prospect, qualify, and close new business while

growing existing accounts

Promote and sell the company’s

plastic surgery and implant product lines , expanding to burn garments over time

Build and maintain relationships with

plastic surgeons, burn centers, physical therapy clinics , and hospital decision-makers

Provide

product education and clinical support

to healthcare professionals

Achieve and exceed

sales targets

through strategic prospecting and account management

Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Proven

healthcare sales experience

(medical devices, surgical products, or rehab solutions preferred)

Ability to

develop strong client relationships

and drive revenue

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-state territory

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within territory

Preferred Qualifications (Not Requirements)

Experience working with

burn patients

and/or a

physical therapy background

Familiarity with

plastic surgery or implant product lines

Duration

Base Salary:

$60,000 annually

Sales Territory Washington, DC through Boston

Onsite Expectations Field-based with travel across territory

Interview Process Two rounds (With Sales Manager and General Manager)
