Wireless Sales Manager - Springfield, MO
Lead sales and development of personalized wireless solutions at Premium Retail Services, a division of Acosta Group, across 1,300+ Walmart Supercenters.
Description Prior sales experience or deep knowledge of the wireless category is not required; you will be trained in all aspects of wireless plans, devices, and promotions through in‑store and online training.
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3‑4 retail locations, driving recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals.
Motivate and empower teams to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Act as a player‑coach, demonstrating top‑tier sales techniques and training practices to elevate team success.
Execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high‑performing, customer‑focused workforce.
Demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and determination while fostering collaboration with Premium, the client, and in‑store leadership.

Qualifications
Two years of sales experience with a record of surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
Interest or expertise in wireless technology is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking, demand‑management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Salary $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 + monthly bonuses.
