Equipment Operator In this role, you will operate a material handler or excavator to move metal throughout the yard, keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on position for someone who thrives working independently while contributing to a safe, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate material handler and/or excavator to move metal and other materials
Complete daily equipment reports
Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections
Follow all safety and operational protocols
Assist with other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED
Previous experience operating a material handler or excavator is a plus
